- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Duties
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Support the monitoring of network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and security audits.
- Help maintain documentation related to network configurations, security policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team on various networking and cybersecurity projects.
